Lucinda was great at making me feel comfortable quickly, thorough and adept in her massage technique (getting the knots out of my shoulder!). Left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Would recommend and will be returning! (As the room is below the hairdresser's, there is some noise that carries through, but you do have some relaxing classical music to listen to).
