They weren’t quite dark enough so she re did them for me, but she wanted to make sure that we didn’t go in too dark to start with as I’m blonde. Really helpful and lovely staff and my eyebrows are perfect :)

I was very disappointed. I arrived 2 minutes late for a 15 minute appointment slot (the threading takes 5 mins) and had to leave with no refund given after an additional 15 minute wait for the lady due to a medical appointment. No apology, very upset
