Arrived and was told the nail machine was broken so I chose to have a massage instead with my facial. Facial and massage were both incredibly painful. My face has come out in awful bruises and rashes as my face was squeezed really hard unnecessarily. My temples also have bruises on from being pushed down on. I am used to being rosy and sometimes a bit spotty after a facial but this is different. The massage was incredibly painful and there was a language barrier between myself and the therapist. The treatments together should have been over an hour and a half but they both in total took 55 minutes. I’m trying to call to get a refund as I’m not paying for this. My face is incredibly itchy and lumpy and parts of it purple. And the massage was the least relaxing experience I have had. The therapist was nice but did not really understand what I was saying or my lack of relaxation. I will continue to try and get in contact with the salon.

The therapist was very quick and efficient, but they need a better booking system.
