Room was too hot, wax was too hot. Waxing was patchy! Had to tweezer alot of hairs when I got home.

I pre-paid for gel nails online - £20 but left with a coat of paint - no cuticle work, just a paint job. This is due to the fact it cost £10 to remove the gel I had on and this was not factored into the appointment time. Very disappointed that it costs £10 to remove gels considering you just chip away the paint and it takes 10 minutes. Do not recommend this place and I have told me colleagues at work to avoid. Princess Nails on the high street is much better 110% every time,
