Entrance is through Toni and Guy salon via a rather unpleasant secondary staircase. My booking was rescheduled the day before and ended up being the first Client in the morning, probably because of this they didn't have time to tidy up the room, it was not clean, especially the floor. Staff was quite professional and not particularly chatty. I booked a hot waxing treatment and upper lips wax and they decided to use a different treatment instead (threading) without asking. The salon is well located in Hammersmith and prices are average, not sure I'll return though.
