Having booked the 7pm appointment I was asked if I could arrive 10-15 minutes earlier, I said I would do my best to make it earlier but I wasn't sure if I'd be able to. I arrived five minutes early and the beautician kept harassing my about what time my appointment was, even though I had booked it for 7pm and I'd done my best to get there as early as possible.
I was then told to go into the room which didn't have a light switched on so was very unwelcoming and the bed didn't look particularly clean.
The beautician then rushed waxing my eyebrows and didn't even tweeze any strays. She then tinted my lashes and left the tint on for hardly any time at all before removing it with one sweep of a cotton wool pad and not removing any of the excess tint.
It was only upon arriving home that I realised I had tint on my cheek and on my eyelids which I couldn't see in the beauticians as I wear glasses.
I wouldn't recommend here to anyone as it's by far the worst customer service that I've ever received and also the lowest standard of treatment.

Really relaxed atmosphere. I arrived early and my therapist saw me immediately. There was no waiting.. she'd set everything up prior to my arrival, despite being the first client of the day
