Woth the money, did upperlip waxing but wish it didn't have to involve threading. That's the case with most places in London anyway though

The lady who waxed me was on the phone throughout the entire treatment, she didn't even have headphones either and was balancing it on her shoulder throughout; stopping only to end a call and dial another number.
I accept that I have shaved a couple of times since my last wax and my hair was a little thicker than usual. But we've all done it (I know I have in the past) and it's usually a little more painful but bearable. This wax was the most painful wax I've ever had, it has left me with broken (snapped not epilated) hair and bruises. I'm not sure if this is down to lack of skill / training or because the lady wasn't concentrating on me and instead calling her friends. Also, she didn't ensure ever hair was gone, she was not as thorough as I'm used to (if you're paying that price you expect a level of skill professionalism).
The treatment room was small and basic. Could do with some music and a little more care / upkeep.
I will not be returning here again.
