I feel terrible writing this review, but it really was an awful experience and a complete waste of money.
The pros:
-Staff are really sweet and friendly.
-Location is good, and the salon is clean.
-Room temperature was okay
The cons:
- I booked a Dermalogica facial, however quickly realised the products the therapist was using were another brand. I flagged it and she apologised and switched over, but had to go out and get somebody else to help her find the right stuff.
- No extractions......which I was cross about.
- It wasn't a very thorough facial, and seemed a little haphazard.
- The ambience in the room is awful, and there was a dripping tap (not the most relaxing!)
I would never return, but I'm sure the salon offers some great services -- and I wouldn't discourage anyone from going. But the facial was truly awful.

Second pedicure with Divino, very well done and always pleasant.

It was not as i expected as they don't have proper chair or fan for pedicure.
