Had a Hollywood Hot wax - treatment was very good. After trying a few places, this one is the best for this type of waxing. The girl I had was friendly and efficient. I would definitely book again.

I booked a ten minute appointment. When I arrived no one was there (one person in a treatment room) and I wasn't acknowledged for 15 minutes, by which time my appointment was long meant to have finished. I almost left! The woman barely spoke to me. She didn't test the temperature of the hot wax, which was too hot. And she also left the door open whilst doing the waxing, so another customer watched. All in all, terrible service.

I had the Dermalogica facial- good value for money, nice therapist and plenty of extractions (which is what I wanted).
