Appointment was pushed back by 20 mins through Treatwell - no courtesy call to check that was OK. Was 30 mins late by the time we got started. Table wedged in a small room and I banged my head on a shelf trying to get to the chair. Table wasn’t set up. No alternative equipment or sign of equipment cleaning products. Cuticle beds bleeding from treatment and nails were filed very unevenly, and just got worse as she tried to ‘fix’ them, to the extent I ended up taking the file to file them myself. I think this is the first bad review I’ve left, and I hate to do it, but I wish I hadn’t gone there and would rather spare someone else a similar experience.

Ideal for a quick and easy wax appointment. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean treatment rooms and a relatively painless bikini wax. I was able to pop out for a lunchtime wax and be back in the office within half an hour.
