Treatment was perfectly acceptable - just had much better service elsewhere. Was made to feel bad for being 5 minutes early but the woman doing the waxing was friendly and did a good job

Lovely people who make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Not a spa experience but a great place if you live or work in hammersmith
My beautician Nena was absolutely lovely and just the right level of welcoming/friendly. I was in a rush and so only wanted a quick shape and polish done on my nails and Nena ensured me I would be out in good time and came through for me with the speedy yet professional service she provided. She made good conversation and in the end I left satisfied with the price, atmosphere and service. I will definitely be back to try out some of their other services
really friendly and good beautician, who did a great job. Will definitely be going back, and have already booked my next appointment!
The staff was friendly and she knew what she was doing. The rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there. Reasonable prices.
