My treatment was cancelled on the day I actually booked it. They rescheduled for the next day but upon my arrival the beautician had several other customers ahead of me. Once the actual treatment began, it was incredibly uncomfortable and she was rushing to get to her other awaiting customers. My eyes are very sore now, and I definitely regret going.
