She kept going over the same spots repeatedly with the wax as she was obviously not getting the desired result so turned the heat on the wax so high that it burned my skin but still didn’t manage to pull up any of the fine facial hairs. At the end of the appointment, she confessed that she was having difficulties and that it was brand new wax she’d never used before. So, I was left without the hair waxed off as desired and paid for and with a painful burn/abrasion that hasn’t yet healed.

Gutted that she trimmed my nails too short, which didn’t match the other hand at all
