Debbie was a lovely person but her skills were not up to standard and this is by far the worst balayage I have ever had! It is so bad that I couldn’t allow Debbie to correct it as I had no faith in her ability and was petrified to let her touch my hair again! The cut was awful and I was even charged extra for a toner when I should receive a full refund as my entire hair needs to be redone! Happy to share picture and hope the owner resolved this asap!
