Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 4:45, an hour before the appointment a woman called me from the salon and asked to confirm my appointment and if I could come earlier. I said yes and biked over, I arrived at 4:30 (15 minutes before my appointment) and the salon was closed. No other phone call, no text. message. I tried calling the number twice and no one picked up.
