The perfect experience, really attentive nail technician who took her time to explain what BIAB was.
The nail technician noticed that I had dry hands and gave me the chance to try there hand and body scrub. I bought too as I really loved it.

I booked a signature gel manicure but I really think they only gave me the most basic manicure possible and not even gel. The signature manicure was supposed to last 45 mins. 20 mins after I arrived they said I was done... then I asked was this the signature treatment? The lady went to check something on the computer and then made me sit down again and just put some extra moisturiser on my hands. Be careful booking online, because they'll give the most basic treatment possible.
