I'm so lucky Donna's treatment room is a wee walk from my front door, she was so calm, kind and knowledgable about waxing. I hadn't had a wax in ages, so for the more painful areas she took the time to teach me a quick breathing technique. Super communicative, always told me what she was doing next and why, I was so comfortable I genuinely almost forgot I was just up on the table in knickers and a jumper!!
