Lalli offered a wonderfully friendly, welcoming and professional service. I felt like a valued guest and she took the time to discuss what I wanted and reviewed this as the haircut progressed. She seemed to love her work and to know what she's doing. I was pleased with my haircut. I have short hair and I've had some disasters, but Lalli listened and delivered.
