Lesley is always welcoming, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and reassuring, especially during intimate waxing... There are not many in this profession that I would feel comfortable with when in a vulnerable position, but she is someone who is so professional and friendly, that she breaks down emotional barriers and before I know it, it's over! She's pretty amazing!
