Awful, the lady got hot wax in my eyelash, hair and skin around my eye. She was clearly drunk (the staff said she was unwell but was laughing the whole time). It took lots of eyelash glue remover (?!) to get the wax off of my eyelash and my hair. I had a LVL booked for after but ended the appointment there. The owner was very apologetic but by that point I just wanted to leave!
