Very satisfied with the waxing, Charlotte was really welcoming and delicate - she’s also lovely to talk to! I would 100% recommend, amazing value for the quality and friendliness of the service!

Pedicure was nice but therapist took too long and spent a lot of time chatting. Spent long removing cuticles and just in general could have been better quality. I had to leave without getting a full manicure which I had paid for but she did offer to do it for free which was nice of her. Nicked me a couple times when trying to remove cuticles, was apologetic and as I have very delicate skin it wasn’t something new for me. Didn’t shape nails well though. Staff were friendly.
