I was happy with my nail treatment. The technician was v friendly and chatty, took her time. The other customers were also friendly. It's quite a small space, so there's no privacy, but that didn't really matter. My only critique would be in future it'd be good to push back my cuticles so the gel lasts longer before growing out.
Good wax and LVL lashes. Just marked down as there was a lot of waiting around before and during the treatments.

The end result was fine but I didn’t like that whilst doing this and having scissors mm’s away from my eye she was taking a phone call. I was really frightened she would slip and did my say anyways did not want to distract her. I’ve had my lashes done many times and never had anyone done this.

Eyelashes look fantastic thank you so much to the girls who sorted it out for me. Busy on a Saturday but they were quick too attend to me!
The customer service was amazing. The team are efficient, they speak different languages in order to help customers which is great and they make a nice job. Strongly recommended
