I did not initially receive a warm greeting when I entered Elli's but prior to the treatment I was offered a drink and taken to the treatment room. Despite the lady talking to her colleagues and leaving the room halfway through, overall I am happy with the lashes and they are especially great value. I just think they could improve their customer service.
