As lovely as all of the reviews are I must say I was so very disappointed with my experience. My appointment felt rushed, 20 minutes from start to finish and my stylist took shortcuts with my haircut. There was little consultation, only a brief discussion when my hair was already wet which led to a total miscommunication on what I was actually looking to have done. As a result I left with a haircut that doesn't suit my hair type/texture and is two inches shorter than requested. As my first salon experience in a new area I was excited at the value but I now appreciate that you really do pay for the service you receive.
