I was able to show a picture of what I wanted (a rose gold baylage). When we first blow dried my hair after applying the color it wasn't exactly what I wanted but my colorist quickly offered to redo it without me asking and the second time turned out perfectly! Will definitely go again

Great value for money and they do a fabulous job - one of the best shellac manicures I've had. The last one lasted 3 weeks chip free.
