She just cut my hair how she fancied it! I showed her a picture and she said no, cut what she want, didn't ask about length/or if I liked it. I should have left but I was just so gobsmacked. I wasted £18 and ended up going somewhere else the next day. She didn't understand any questions I asked, just ignored them and was really rude when I spoke and the salon was filthy. There was an old medical face mask on the side covered in dust and hair. And all the products were pound shop bits. She didn't wash my hair and I didn't see any sinks in there. I'm genuinely concerned they're even allowed on Treatwell. It made me hesitant to use the service again and makes me think the other reviews are staged by the salon. It lowers the creditibility of the whole service.
I think this place does not offer good service for the price charged. The quality of the manicure and pedicure I had was not worthy. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes, although I had a booking confirmed. The tools were dipped into a blue liquid and there was no sign of a steriliser. I had my cuticles cut with scissors, which was one of the most weird experiences ever. The selection of nail polishes is very poor.
To my surprise, I was charged an extra £4 because, according to them, the £35 "deal" on Treatwell does not include nail polish - which is not written anywhere, obviously. Oh, and I was lucky to have some cash with me because the card machine was not working.
