The usual lovely warm welcome and really nice atmosphere. But the therapist used hot wax on my eyebrows, which was a first, and my skin didn't react well. Otherwise it was great!

The spray tan was not done well - was very heavy handed and not done naturally.. the woman that did it was nice but not sure I would go back unfortunately
