I paid for the treatment upfront and was assured during the visit that, if necessary, I could have a top up in 2-3 weeks (as is the standard practice). The top-up cannot be booked online so I tried calling the number provided 4 times to no avail. The message on the answering machine says that someone would call back but no one ever did. In the end, I decided to visit the venue in person (twice) within opening hours to find it shut. Service not provided, money lost. My first negative review here
