Jodie is not a good lash tech. I had to get them removed after just over a week. The lash tech who removed them (with 9+ years experience) was shocked. EXCESSIVE amount of glue and poor isolation. It took her more than half an hour to get them off safely. The customer service I was offered was very disappointing. Jodie cancelled my original appointment an hour before and did not even apologise in person on the day of the rescheduled treatment. In general she was not welcoming and quite cold.
