Katy is absolutely the only person I would trust to do my lashes. I have been going to her for over 3 years now and it is always a lovely experience. LVL's are great for getting the effect of longer/thicker lashes without the damage of extensions.

I've had this treatment with Dolly Birds before but about 3 years ago now, so I was deeply impressed that Katy, my therapist, remembered me and my job as well. I much prefer her new treatment rooms as her previous rooms were tiny.
The whole experience was pleasant for me; Katy was friendly, patient, accommodating and very helpful - even giving me a couple of herbal tea bags to try as well.
The salon was a little hard to find, though I'm sure my appalling sense of direction didn't help!
Even though it's not particularly close to where I live or work, I would still come to Dolly Birds for this treatment, even if somewhere closer to me offered the same treatment.
