I booked for LVL lashes for my first time. The treatment is 1 hour. Dolly was very nice and professional, she requested me to arrives for a patch test 24 hour before. My lashes look amazing, highly commanded.

Very happy with eyebrow shaping - friendly and listened to what I wanted and made sure it suited me. When I initially thought that the brow wasn't quite even, she was happy to check it again carefully (it was even and I was the one who was wrong!). Also more gentle - much less redness than I've had from other places. Will definitely be going again.
Love my new brows :-) have never had anything done to them so she explained the process and kept checking back with me that I was happy with every step. Very friendly and although the room is rather petite in fitness first - its super clean, warm and inviting. Would definitely go back. Thank you!
