Although before I arrived to the salon I had to call to try and change my appointment and advised that as it was less than 24hrs before I would be charged - this is in the T's and C's though so I can't really complain.
I managed to make it to my appointment and the lady was lovely, talked me through the procedure and many others which I was interested in :)

Another great service at Dolly Birds - Kate is so friendly and helpful with the treatments in a really relaxing atmosphere. The wrap itself was great, I lost 7.5 inches overall and I could feel it in my clothes for the next day or so, although I did have a party the day after but I'm sure with proper maintenance you'd see amazing results. Will definitely get one again soon or maybe even a course :)

Therapist is lovley, friendly & informative! Room is cosy & ideally located about 30 secs from russell sq tube station. Treatment is good but effects are noticed 3 days later so keep that in mind when booking.
