Ruquiah was very professional an had excellent knowledge of the procedure. She explained clearly the pros and cons of Fibroblast and what I would expect and achieve from it. Due to my medication I could not have Botox which would have lifted the brows more. My left eye is double hooded. There was no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. All the staff I met were friendly which made me feel relaxed and comfortable in a new environment. Now awaiting to see results.

I really enjoyed my hair cut with Karen. She was lovely throughout, checking in that I was happy and (at my request) sharing her thoughts on what would suit my hair. I’m happy and will be returning!
