I booked a curly blow dry, however once sat down I was told they ‘don’t do curly blow dry’s’ and was offered for my hair to be washed, blow dried straight and then curled with the straighteners which I agreed to as I was in a rush. The curls fell out within 30 mins and I was left with limp flat hair. Never left a bad review before but was so disappointed and surprised this was an advertised treatment. However Ebony was friendly and nice, salon was clean and tidy.

No head massage during the shampoo, which is why I dropped a star but everything else perfect and enjoyed the chat with the hairdresser.
