Appointment ran late first of all. Keira done my hair and she cut it OK, but I felt she done more damage than good when detangling. Was really rough with a brush and comb (even I don’t struggle that much!) My scalp was sore when I left. She flung one of my earring backs off from brushing my hair so rough. I was told over the phone when booking there would be a bouncy blow dry - there wasn’t. And towards the end, she seemed to rush cos she wanted to leave with her friend. She barely spoke a word
