I booked the appointment for hair & cut on Treatwell. I have rung 4 times one hour before the apptm to confirm is all good to drive there. No one answered and no one rang me back.
I drove for 20’ there, parked,paid parking and when I got there she was busy with another client.
They were confused when I showed up.Then Dania looked at her schedule and shruged her shoulders saying she forgot to block her schedule being busy all day with one client. I was refused and had to leave without treatment
