First appointment was great - started my hair on time and did an excellent job. (Left a lovely tip!) Second appointment was unfortunately a huge disappointment. I accept that I arrived four minutes late, but I was made to wait a further 20 minutes to start, and all in all spent 3 hours there just for a blow dry that the website advertises as a one hour treatment. Waiting clients slowly filled the salon and one had to leave with wet hair after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. All this and just one stylist. Unsure if it is wise to return. Will think twice before recommending to others. Such a shame.

The salon was clean and the staff very friendly. The booking system was easy to navigate and the added discount was great. I loved my Dominican blowdry, my hair felt so soft and bouncy. My daughter and I had our appointments booked for 1pm and we were seen on time, my mother also had an earlier appointment and she was happy to be seen on time too.
The ladies are lovely and although English isn't their first language they make such an effort to interact which is so welcoming.
I will definitely be a regular customer.
