Manicure was not gel, but basic polish. And my cuticles were cut so close that 2 of my fingers bled and bruised.
Treatment given in a back corridor, with kit and towels which looked like they’d never been washed.
Very rude staff who chased me down the street to ask to be paid when I’d already done so in the app. In fact it wasn’t me who had robbed them, but the other way around - £20 for this treatment was an absolute sham.

They were very friendly and the manicure was okay but the nail polish was a bit messy, particularly around the cuticles. Can't really complain though for £15 shellac.
