I drove past the shop one day and thought wow very unique and classy barber shop. Maybe it’s out of my budget I may possibly visit one day. The day came! my barber let me down, it was desperate time desperate measures although I am very loyal to barber especially when they know how to cut your hair in the style you want it cut,I had to pay Don Bigote a visit not knowing what to expect as I am all about perfection. A gentlemen Cris (barber) accompanied me, I was welcomed by the whole Don Bigote barbers team, I must say what a fantastic customer service I couldn’t ask for anything better. So I took a seat on the chair barber Cris worked his magic and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more! all other barbers were fantastic they are as good as each other Sebastian is another barber who I visited at Don Bigote very very very talented members of the team. Very clean and tidy. No rush service. Appointment bookings available subject to availability. A lounge with a console whilst waiting it absolutely a fantastic environment. They engage with you and make you feel part of the team. I’ve left my other barbers to come here and I haven’t looked back ever since and I’ve been coming here for almost a year. Polite, professional and outstanding customer service and the most important thing the haircut is 10/10! If I could honestly give them a higher score I would. It’s worth every penny. Best barbers in London!
