I was really stressed on arrival due to parking issues and having to walk some distance and therefore was late for appointment. Donna was really understanding and didn't feel I was being rushed at all. She listened and was interested in my problems with my back. Massage was excellent and I was able to relax in no time at all. Felt 100% better on leaving.
