Donna was professional and friendly and my nails looked beautiful when they were done. However that same evening a tip broke off. I only had top coat and managed to stick it back on. It was only noticeable on very close inspection. As I was travelling to a wedding early the next morning, it was the best I could do. The day after the wedding another bigger tip broke off and I can't find it to try and fix it. I had hoped they would last considerably longer than a couple of days which is disappointing.
