So disappointing that hardly any COVID-19 precautions were being followed. I had to request my waxer to wear a mask which she removed half way through the session anyway. She was coughing and did not turn her head away. And I had to request her to wash her hands prior to starting. Lastly no evidence of following the mandatory track and trace information collection. Did not feel safe.

Terrible wax, I had do remove my hair at home again the day after as entire spots were left untreated. Never coming back again
