Treatments were absolutely amazing and would highly recommend, cream tea was very tasty but large empty hotel room lacks atmosphere. Spa is of a high standard with lovely relaxing room and drinks on offer, all staff were very friendly. Unfortunately male showers were cold, but overall nice experience and fantastic massages
turned up the car park and outside looks really run down the inside has a weird smell so obviously the thought is ooo crap but the staff were lovely an when you get to the spa bit its lovely an get greeted with a smile
the massage was amazing only down fall was no slippers an the shower in the changing room was cold an no flow so cant wash properly
the relaxation rooms were lovely with water an teas
sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were top notch
would be better with a swimming pool

Amazing Treatment and amzing to have the spa to ourselves we had an amazing time and will definitely visit again.
