Lovely staff . Relaxing treatment and very well done . Good advice given on products. It was nice to chill out before and after treatments . Lunch was very nice. Will be booking again

First time visit and it was lovely, From the initial last min booking in to the cream tea & treatment. Thank you for a lovely afternoon relaxing we used all the facilies on offer except the relax room. Jordan & Jenna were lovely they gave us a very relaxed & friendly welcome, the massage was bliss. The cream tea was gorgeous & plentiful, the scones tasted great. I love the fact that this hotel is easy accessible with plenty of parking. Thank you again, I enjoyed my birthday treat afternoon xx

The first thing I will say is don't be put off by the area surrounding the hotel! They have clearly invested heavily on the spa, reception & bar areas as these are modern and well appointed. The carpark however is a bit messy & some of the area around the hotel has less than beautiful spaces. But the treatments themselves were amazing! I've been to Champneys before and I think this facial and massage was better! I also think the package we had including a two course lunch was great value!

Lovely aromatherapy massage and the bonus of using the 'thermal spa' sauna, steam room and spa pool. I also enjoyed the complimentary herbal drinks in the relaxation room and the massage chair. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the communal changing room. I thought I'd seen the back of them when I left school 40 years ago! The changing area was busy when I was there (the bench was full), so I ended up changing in the toilet cubicle. Not great.

I think the steam and jacuzzi was amazing, my therapist Gina is excellent. We had a lovely lunch. It will be complete when the swimming pool is done.
