Really lovely spa day for my daughters 21st , very welcoming and accommodating , lovely afternoon tea with good choice of sandwiches and cakes plenty provided ., the pool is a great size and the jacuzzi is lovely I liked the lights over head that changed colour and reflected on the water , the facial was the best part I have to say o think this is the best facial I have ever had so relaxing lovely products my skin looks and feels incredible even a few days later highly reccomend
Had a lovely day. The sauna, steam room, swimming pool & Jacuzzi were great. Temperature around the spa area was a bit cold to just sit on but it was an icy day outside. Massage was lovely and afternoon tea was plentiful & delicious.
A little advise: take your own water - as none within spa area, and shower products are not provided.
The facials were fantastic but the place was awful. Really expensive £8 for two cups of tea. Hotel staff rude and unprepared. Spa facilities shabby and dirty. Actual massage fantastic and therapists very professional. Think I would be looking to go and take my skills somewhere else if I was them

Really fab treatment and always friendly, helpful staff! Just the perfect day to celebrate my friends birthday!
I thought an hour would be too long but allowed me to really relax and was just the right amount of time. My friend was unable to have her treatment on the day and was given a full refund which was appreciated.
