Fantastic treatments and very relaxing quiet environment where all of the staff were very attentive. Facilities not particularly plush but the above absolutely made up for it and would defo recommend. Overall a fantastic day.
An adequate spa with steam room, sauna, pool and hot tub. The massage therapy was well consulted and very relaxing.
Lyndsey is incredibly professional & extremely good at what she does which is why my bestie & I keep returning. Shame the hotel lets the pool area down with cleanliness as I’m sure it must negatively affect the whole experience but well done Lyndsey keep up the great work

The treatments (body massages) were excellent,the therapists,the room set up very good. The hotel/pool is in need of a refurb.The changing rooms, pool area and steam were not great. The loungers were very uncomfortable, the 'chill' area near the jacuzzi was not relaxing,not enough space, the floor very dirty.The afternoon tea was below standards (no earl grey), I indicated I was vegetarian,we were served one plate of veggie/fish sandwiches all together and no meat for my husband. friendly staff
The facilities were not clean and there was mud on the floor. The massage therapist had a cold and was coughing and sneezing during the massage.
