The spa room was lovely. As it was a spa day package we enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam rooms and the jacuzzi. For an even better experience I would suggest some sprucing up of the changing room area and some cushions on the sun beds round the pool or upgrade these to more comfy ones. A superb afternoon tea. Overall a lovely relaxing day in a great setting. Thank you.
Lovely venue however walls very thin and could hear people talking Nextdoor which is bit off putting.
Massage was meant to be 55 minutes but was finished in 50 and out the door in less than an hour
Really lovely massage though especially head massage which I have never had before on a full body.

Well worth the money - you come away feeling so chilled (outdoor heated pool is fantastic) - will be back next year
