The treatment rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Treatments are excellent. really great service. just a shame the hotel aren’t on the same wavelength when it comes to their standards! but dont let that stop you visiting for a treatment! you won’t be disappointed!
Hotel and leisure are tired and seem to spread staff thinly. No real problems but not luxury
Really lovely treatments and atmosphere at the spa, not too busy and attentive staff.
I was exceptionally impressed with my treatments, Although my back, neck and shoulders massage was only 25 minutes, it was very thorough, starting with my feet and felt a lot longer - I really enjoyed it. The facial was excellent too. Thank you Spa staff!
