Absolutely blown away by cleanliness of facilities . All the staff were polite and accommodating . Treatments were wonderful overall , two very satisfied clients .
The Spa day certainly not what I expected !
It was purchased as a birthday present for my mother ! We had to pay for the use of robes ( ripped and tired and with holes in them )
We had to purchase refreshments , the spa itself was very tired and unkempt ( holes in swimming Pool tiles with a traffic cone put over it )
The loungers around the pool were filthy dirty and the hotel seemed to be running on a skeleton staff system ! The poor therapist was left to it all !

Lovely treatments enjoyed by all 4 of us. The venue was not too busy even though a bank holiday and so nice to be able to amble around to hotel for drinks and lunch. Only small point was steam room could do with re tiling as looking tired.

The actual spa treatment area was immaculate. This was my first ever facial and I loved it. So relaxed afterwards. The pool area was a bit busy with kids at times and not very quiet. Everything was clean and well looked after. The afternoon tea was nice but nothing special. I would still say it was amazing value for money though.
