Lyndsey was amazing very accommodating friendly and I felt instantly relaxed. I would definitely recommend. The spa is beautiful and quiet all the staff are really friendly.

The facilities at the spa at the Springfield were lacking to say the least. The changing facilities were poor quality and outdated. Cubicles with doors that had big gaps in. The cleanliness of the changing rooms and around the pool area were shocking to say the least. The supposed lounge area was a dining room with no sofas or comfortable seating. The seating around the poole was cheap and dirty. Other than that the male receptionist was very helpful and the treatments were good quality.

The venue itself was lovely, very clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The aromatherapy massage and facial was extremely relaxing.
